You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload, and that such User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the Services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan.
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PERMUTE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Permute and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
