List app resource grants

Lists the app’s current explicit resource grants. Requires app read permission. Grants limit access; users still need their own permissions and the published revision must declare the resource.

Inspect the app’s current resource access ceiling.

For agents

Grants are independent of app revisions. A resource must also be declared by the served revision, and the current user must have access.
